About You

You will own the full lifecycle of different products and features at Chess.com, from ideation, to design delivery, to project management, to product marketing, to analytics. At Chess.com, Product Managers wear a lot of hats across the entire product process! You are eager to help build amazing chess products because you love chess and want to share your passion with the world. 

What You’ll Do

  • Define the monetization strategy to maximize revenues and ARPU while respecting our players

  • Identify and produce reports and/or dashboards for key monetization metrics

  • Optimization and internationalization of pricing and packaging strategy

  • Design and analyze discount personalization and price promotion programs

  • Own and improve subscription retention and churn strategies

  • Analyze and optimize checkout flow

Preferred Skills

  • 2+ years of gaming, mobile, or web product management experience

  • Great feel for products and features

  • Understanding of how to deliver metric-driven results

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A passion for and understanding of chess

  • Lifelong learner

About the Opportunity
