About You

You are an experienced project manager with a deep understanding of consumer funnels, pricing/packaging and digital subscription businesses.  You love owning and leading projects start-to-finish, from ideation to execution to ongoing management.

What You’ll Do

  • Project manage the creation, planning, development, documentation and implementation of our monetization initiatives, working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, Data Analytics and Finance

  • Help develop our monetization strategies, programs and priorities, with a particular focus on our subscription business (pricing/packages, acquisition, retention, etc.) 

  • Analyze data to help create strategies to grow revenue while optimizing the customer experience

  • Identify and create reports and/or dashboards for key monetization metrics

Preferred Skills

  • 5+ years experience working in project management, ideally in a digital B2C environment 

  • Experience project managing (blocking and tackling) with one or more software development teams

  • In-depth understanding of subscription-based and freemium business models

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Proficient with data-driven decision making and tools (spreadsheets, SQL, etc)

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
