About You

As our Engagement Marketing Manager, you will work to expand the reach and effectiveness of our CRM channels (particularly email and push notifications). 

What You’ll Do

  • Day-to-day management of email and push campaigns in partnership with content and design teams

  • Work with marketing and business analytics teams to target key cohorts with personalized messaging and content

  • QA and proof campaigns to ensure accurate tracking and execution on content and programming strategy

  • Design and deliver campaign reports and performance insights

Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years experience in online and direct marketing experience with automated email or push marketing programs

  • Familiar with HTML as used in email design

  • Strong data and product analysis skills

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Agile and responsive to rapidly changing needs

  • Chess player

  • Lifelong learner

About the Opportunity
